Aanbeveling!!!
De locatie is goed, alle highlights op loopafstand. Bij aankomst deed a.c. het niet waardeoordeel manager ons een upgrade naar de suite aangeboden heeft !! Net hotel met zeer goede service! Alle medewerkers proberen je het naar je zin te maken. “ Guest first”!

Good breakfast to start your day
We arrived in the afternoon by Uber to the hotel, concierge guys are very helpful and welcoming every guest. Receptionist is also very friendly, but reacts a bit slow, I asked 3 times if our room is quiet coz i always have trouble sleeping and finally he said it's for sure a quiet room. We got the room at the end of the hallway, next to emergency exit, but there are a lot of housekeeping stuff so they don't keep the door closed. The hallway is much warmer than the lobby/elevator since it's not air-conditioned. The isolation is the room is not very good, we had a family next to us and the kid was screaming loud in the evening, it felt like he was just screaming next to us...we can also hear/feel the toilet flashing, shower running guess the bed side is right next to their bathroom. Since our room is the last on the 4th floor, bathroom is pretty hot during the day because of the sun, and there is no air condition or ventilation installed. I like the idea that they use big bottles for shampoo and shower gel, which saves a lot of plastic waste. Hotel is located on a less crowded road, easy walking distance to the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, etc.. There are also many local/international restaurants to choose from. Our flight was after mid-might, we kept our luggages at the hotel, and my husband even got access to the jacuzzi/sauna/shower after we came back from our last sight-seeing walk. The hotel staff helped us very well for our requests.

Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid Het personeel zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. De kamer was comfortabel en netjes. De ligging is ook prima. Het enige nadeel was dat er de ganse nacht straatwerken bezig waren en wij hier wel wat last van hebben gehad. Daar kon het hotel wel niets aan doen.

It was a great hotel in a great location in the center of ho Chi Minh City, It was my first time visiting the city and wanted to stay somewhere central so that i could walk everywhere and this hotel was perfect, Its near the cathedral, war museum, and so many other things. The hotel staff was wonderful and all spoke great english. The room was quaint and had everything you would need. They even had water bottles in the fridge (free) and fresh fruit every morning for us as well. We were having trouble with our sim card and our iphone and the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us with the translation and install. Great customer service! I will definitely be staying here again on my next stay to the city.

初めてのベトナムホテル宿泊。 部屋は綺麗。 シャワールームのみで、水圧は少し弱い。 お湯は出た。 多くの外国人も宿泊しており、ホテル自体は悪くない印象。部屋も思ったよりもうるさくない。 サービスは、スタッフによってバラバラ。 男性スタッフは比較的、良かった印象。

Don't stay at Aristo Saigon
Every employee at the front desk was rude and never smiled or acknowledged us when we left or walked into the hotel. Pamela and another older lady at the front desk were so condescending and rude to me when I asked to extend my stay one night and was ready to pay. Then another day Pamela was only nice to me because I wanted to book a tour with her. Room and bathroom are just average. The thermostat is so old it was hard to figure out how to use it and every time you get back to the room it's hot and humid and you have to turn on the A/C and wait for it to cool down the room. At the breakfast buffet I asked the "chef" for a sunnyside up egg and he returned an already fried egg from a plate back to his pan and warmed it up that way?? I didn't eat any of the hot foods because they were so bad. The coffee was bad every morning. Stay somewhere else if you want hospitality and decent service from employees.

Pleasant two days stay!
Except for occasion unpleasant smell in the bathroom, apparently from back venting of the sewer drainage system, overall the stay was great.

Hotel ok. Breakfast excellent. Coffee is Vietnamese - black with no coffee flavor. The hotel leaves their cleaning carts in front of the elevator. The Toppings Beef restaurant around the corner is excellent.

スタッフが親切です タクシーの移動がほとんどでしたが、ある程度徒歩で動ける感じです ドライヤーがプラスチックの熱で溶けてる感と壊れているのが残念でした アリストはバスタブは無くシャワーだけでしたがベトナムはそういうものと思っていましたが、ダナンはバスタブがありました　やはりあった方が良いですね

Funcionarios excelentes.
Os funcionarios são maravilhosos, extremamente gentis e fazem de tudo para nos agradar. Eles deram o melhor de si para que nossa experiência fosse ótima. O hotel é um pouco antigo e tive problemas com insetos no banheiro, mas a cordialidade dos funcionarios superou esse pequeno problema.

Staff are helpful. Hotel is in good location. Breakfast is good. The mini bar in the room provides 2 beers,2 cokes,2 bottles of water and 2 mandarins for free. Hotel is not new, room has window but you can not see much outside cause there is a high building next door with people can look into your room. The dining room is small and always seem busy . But overall with the price and all the services it provides, I am happy with it.
