Nice place to stay
Its quite hard to find as the name isnt in front but once u know what the front of the appartment building looks like, then you should be ok. Check in was quick. Girl checking us in was nice and informitive. Nothing was amazing, but you had everything you needed so...no complaints here.

Specious apartment good location!!
We had spend 5 nights in the 3bedroom apartment on 5th floor. The apartment was very spacious, we loved each of us had our own bathroom & bedroom, do bring you own amenity there’s nothing much besides the basic things. Interior it’s very basic minimal style need some upkeep. Poonsa staff was very friendly & helpful , we had to travel out of town they kept our luggage for us until returned, which make it convenient. They surrendered area is very convenient for many things.

We booked a 3 bedroom unit. Had to change our unit the moment we checked in because there was no wifi in our unit. Then, one of the bedrooms was kept locked and waited a long time for them to get the keys to unlock the bedroom. For 2 nights, the bathroom towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms. The main door was left unlocked (omg!) after housekeeping for 2 days and discovered by us after we returned in the evening. Uncomfortable experience...

So comfortable I don’t want to go home
Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment in an immaculate building. The location is exceptional - far away enough to be quiet at night on a block with no bars or clubs on the block but close enough that your coffee and breakfast is right downstairs in the morning. Laundry service was great, WiFi very dependable and staff super friendly. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say as this was one of, if not the most comfortable accommodation I have had while traveling. Would be my first choice when returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

The room is falling apart. You can see the wall is chipping away with cracked. Everything is every old. The appliances also very old. They don’t do daily replace bed sheets. I stayed there almost a week and they don’t even replace it. Dirty.

Would not book again.
Ran out of hot water and showered in cold water. My friend 3 floors below me ran into the same hot water problem too. There’s not a lot of shelf space in the bathroom for your own toiletries so everything is kept on the floor. The bedding smelled used and stained. There’s no electrical sockets for your own electronic needs so I unplugged a lamp to charge my phone. The air conditioning was barely working. The WiFi was unusable. Needless to say I canceled the remaining booking.

在第一區的景點附近,選擇走路或坐車也都很方便。剛好在我們入住前沒有住客,讓我們五人提前12:00入住了,一個單位有三個房間連套廁,一客廳一廚房,亦附上簡單的日用品(每人一套牙刷、沐浴露、洗頭水和毛巾),相信入住多天也會很方便,而且地板亦很乾淨,花灑的水壓充足,價錢相宜,唯一不足是全屋只有一個風筒,但輪流用也是可以接受的,不要想像成酒店,這是一間相當不錯的民宿。

租住的是三房一廳入住後發現連套房一共有三個廁所浴室,非常驚喜。五個人住也不用爭廁所了! 酒店位置距離市中心很近,胡志明市坐計程車很便宜去哪裏也是10到$20港幣的價錢。 不過找酒店的時候有點困難,因為大門口顯示的是另外一間酒店名字,要走進去詢問才發現原來一座大廈有兩間酒店。 如果能在大門外增加標記就更好。此外,小小建議客廳能擺放時鐘會更理想。 整體住宿都很滿意

The building name is ‘Saigon Mansion’
주위에 먹을데가 졸리비 밖에 없다는 점을 제외하고는 모든것이 좋았습니다. 이 가격에 이렇게 넓은 집에서 지낼수 있다는 점도 좋았고요. 조금 더 걸어가면 주요 관광지나 상점들이 도보로도 가능하기 때문에 위치도 나쁘지 않다고 봅니다. (근처에 식당이나 슈퍼가 있다면 더 좋았었겠지만요..) 푼사 서비스 아파트먼트라고 여기에 나와있지만 건물 이름은 saigon mansion 입니다. 그래서 그랩기사가 세워줬을때 잘못 찾아온줄;;; 부엌이랑 다 갖추져있는 레지던스이기때문에 직접 요리해드실수도 있고요 그러나 불개미 같은게 엄청 많았습니다... 어디서 오는것들인지 이 건물 사는 사람들은 개미랑 함께 사는 듯.. 하우스키핑 팁으로 30만동을 그다음날엔 10만동을 놓았었는데 첫째날엔 목욕수건만도 4개나 주었는데 팁이 불만이었는지 둘째날엔 수건 달랑 한장두고 갔더라고요. 로비에 관리인한테 말해서 더 받긴했는데 조금 웃겼습니다. 팁에 따라 달라지는 수건개수.. 그럼에도 위치나 쾌적한 환경, 넓은 공간 저렴한가격 때문에 다음에 호치민을 방문한다면 전 여기서 머물것입니다. 벤탄시장쪽 호텔들은 창문도없고 시끄러운데다 방도 감옥같이 작거든요. 조금 걷는것을 여의치 않으신다면 이 레지던스는 정말 후회없는 선택이 되리라봅니다.

조용하고 가족끼리 놀러오기 좋은 곳. 벤탄마켓과 사이공 스퀘어, 통일궁과 가까워서 좋음. 야간 편의점은 하나 밖에 없어서 미리 사놔야함.

가성비 최고인 숙소입니다. 숙소 자체가 넓고 침대도 커서 편안하게 잘 잤고 주방도 넓어서 마트에서 장본걸 간단하게 만들어 먹기도 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛집도 많고 관광지와의 접근성도 매우 좋습니다. 바로 근처에 co.op mart도 있어서 필요한 건 그때그때 살 수 있어 더할나위 없이 편하게 잘 쉬었어요. 하나 아쉬운 건 체크인했을 때 작은방 화장실 변기 청소가 잘 안 되어 있었다는거 하나입니다. 점수를 주라면 10점 만점에 9점 주고 싶어요.

Property was close to district 1 and vey walkable or cab/grab. I used grab ( like Uber) a lot and it is cheap. Property is big 3 bedrooms and as advertised with 3 full baths. Hot water was great but requires turning breakers on - each bathroom separately. There is a washing machine but can’t say much since I didn’t use. Living room is spacious. 3 tv in apartment- 2 in bedrooms and 1 living room. Balcony is nice view of busy street. Many stores, marts, local food vendors and restaurants. English is spoken but many do not speak fluently away from district 1. I used google translator and simple calculator for dongs to communicate with non-speaking english persons. Staff at property especially Khang was helpful. Live a few minutes to have room inspection on departure cooking utensils are limited and stovetop burners were inconsistent if you place to purchase any food to cook make sure stovetop is working. Refrigerator works super. They do have healthy bar and sandwich place upstairs that can be utilized for cost
