So the property had a few positives.. it was clean (other than the stairs, full of dust, so bad that my sister tripped and almost broke her arm), the bed was very comfortable and the sofa, I liked the water cooler very sensible idea!! Although the main thing I’m disgusted and outraged with is the communication and customer service I haven’t received!! First of all, when booking this I was aware that the hotel took cash on arrival for the stay which suited me perfectly!! On arrival we didn’t pay nor got asked to, so I presumed cash would be taken on departure.. it didn’t it was the next day (we were staying for 2 nights) that the receptionist asked for the money.. that’s absolutely fine no bother. However one day later when we were elsewhere in Vietnam I checked my account in which money had come out, unfortunately I couldn’t return to Ho Chi Minh as we had a short time in Vietnam and wanted to travel north. Therefore I contacted the property and explained the story they replied with confirmation that this had happened and assured me that the money would be in my account, 2 weeks later back and forth with emails I received nothing!! I then phoned the hotel, once again they told me that it would be put back urgently once they had sorted it out with the bank. It’s now been a month.. no acknowledgment to my last email, completely ignored my mum who has tried to contact them as well!! I would not recommended this place to anyone. I’m truly livid! Stealing from a traveller!!
