'SEMV 출장으로 방문. 직원들이 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 특히 여러 편의를 제공해주신 매니져에게 감사드립니다. 조식이 한식인데 김치도 한국에서 먹는 웬만한 수준 이상이어서 놀랬습니다. 다만 한국어가 가능하다고 되어있는데 잘 하시는분은 없고, 도로 바로옆이라서 아침에 차들이 시끄러운건 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 주변에 점심먹을만한 현지식 식당 찾기가 어렵습니다. 전반적으로 만족하고 다음출장때도 이용하겠습니다.'

'Nothing but good things to say about this property! It’s very well managed and the staff can also speak English and foreign languages well. We travelled here in 2022 but in 2024 we wanted to try out a new hotel in the area to compare but there’s no competition for King Hotel! In my opinion, King Hotel is the best in Thai Nguyen! '

'Nous avons payé 25e/nuit pour la chambre double. Le point le plus positif est le personnel qui est vraiment très gentil et accueillant. 'From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)'

'예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요'
