Geniet van een verblijf dicht bij de restaurants van North Hobart, de staatsbioscoop, de stad en ook de markten van Salamanca, terwijl u ook geniet van de rust en de rust van deze rustige omgeving.
Met meer dan genoeg ruimte voor tien personen met vier grote slaapkamers met een koningin met ensuite een tweepersoonsbed, drie eenpersoonsslaapkamer en de optie van een vierde slaapkamer langs een kleine trap naar binnen voor gasten met meer dan zes personen, inclusief een tweepersoonsbed en uitklapbare slaapbank. De grote grote badkamer met een aparte douche en een spabad om te ontspannen na een lange dag sightseeing, de keuken is modern met alles wat nodig is om te koken, met een open eetkamer en een grote woonkamer met vier banken en een grote t. v, er is een terras naast de eetkamer, het huis wordt verwarmd met een omgekeerde cyclus warmtepomp in de woonkamer en voor de koude tassie-nacht een extra elektrische kachel in de gang om de slaapkamers op te warmen, u heeft totale toegang tot de hele bovenste verdieping van dit huis.
Dit huis is gelegen in een van Hobarts meest populaire buitenwijken, West Hobart, Hill Street kruidenier ligt op 500 meter van het huis nog eens 200 meter. U vindt Smolt keuken, Adams winkel, een slager, apotheek en dokter, nog 500 meter is Lansdowne cafe en Paesano pizza en pasta restaurant.
De woning is centraal gelegen
10-15 minuten lopen of 3 minuten rijden naar North Hobarts restaurants, winkels en State Cinema

Overall, a good stay! Incredible views.

AMAZING views over Hobart, very conveniently located only a 5-minute drive or half hour walk to the CBD, and spotlessly clean on arrival. The host allowed us to check in early, set up a porta cot for us, and was very responsive. Would be great for families wanting to stay together because of the separate areas with 2 bedrooms downstairs. The hot water, spa and showers were great. Great heating in the house but for the bedrooms without heating make sure you use the electric blankets as it can get quite cold at night. There were no materials provided to use the fireplace, we ended up buying our own firewood and fire starters but didn’t use it for very long once we realised there were no pokes etc provided, so if you are wanting a fireplace it might be best to find another property or ask the host to provide this in advance. There were notes to inform us that the property had noise sensors to avoid parties, and also something monitoring the devices in the house. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable and like we were being monitored. The listing clearly states that large events are not allowed so this felt a bit unnecessary. Presumably there is a level of noise to be expected when up to 12 people are getting together with music or footy on the TV, a few drinks etc, but we were wondering if we were making too much noise and how many devices we were allowed in the house. It was just a bit off putting, but didn’t cause us any dramas. Overall we had a good stay!

Nice Stay for Families with Amazing Views

We recently stayed here as two families with kids, and overall, it was a nice experience! The upstairs part of the house was spacious and well laid out. The split-level design did make the rest of the house feel a bit different, and the steep driveway took some getting used to. However, the stunning views more than made up for it. The host was fantastic—super easy to contact and very quick to respond, which we really appreciated. The only downside was some of the unusual house rules regarding noise and the presence of noise and guest sensors throughout the house, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. That said, the house worked really well for two families like ours, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Located in West Hobart at the top of a hill we had great views and quick access to Hobart city centre, foreshore and trips out of town. Plenty of room for a family of five to have their own space, well serviced kitchen and bathrooms as well as verandah to relax on.

My family of 7 adults and 2 children had a very comfortable stay at this house. The owner was prompt and very helpful at any time we asked for information or advice. The house is set up to be everything you need to be warm and relaxed in a cold Hobart day.

Family getaway

Shelley was an amazing host, even bought us electric blankets because it was so cold! Perfect location and the house was just what we needed for the 10 of us. The views from the balcony were beautiful, we loved our stay will definitely stay here again .

Well appointed modern property in great location

Great family stay

Fantastic sized house for families, has everything. The games (mini table tennis/eightball, plus board games, Wii) were a hit with our group. Very close to CBD. The only down we found is the driveway, very steep, but parking available on the street.

Wonderful stay and a wonderful host

Shelley, our host, was super proactive in ensuring we were set for our stay checking we were set for our arrival and making suggestions on local events during our stay. The property was clean and the kids loved the wallaby visits to the area next door to the house. We cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful home, top quality appliances and fittings throughout, 10 mins to Hobart.

Really well appointed home, close to the city and easy access to Mount Wellington and other tourist spots, i.e. Cascade Brewery, Cascade Female Factory. One point that should be more clearly stated is that access to the property is via many steep steps that are very tricky to navigate when carrying luggage. Apart from this it is a great well appointed and fastidiously clean property.

What a great experience!

My family and I, with another family-total 8 people, were very impressed with our stay. Shelley kept the house clean, tidy, we are warm with the heaters provided, linen, kitchenware, toiletries all provided. Shelley was always helpful, she returns our calls instantly and made sure we were equipped with what we needed. Definitely love to stay there again if we return to Hobart. We highly recommend Shelley’s house.
