Good day, I am sorry to hear that your stay was not what you expected. We do urge guests on the welcome note to let us know if they have any problems. We would have definitely tried to assist with new cups, toilet paper and spare rubbish bags. As for the damp wall, we have treated this recently, so thank you for letting us know that it is back. Good day Susi, We are really sorry to hear you had a bad stay and it’s completely understandable why! Our deepest apologies you were allocated a unit next the school for 12 days, this should have been changed before your arrival, and we do not usually allocate that unit for long stay guests. We apologies for this. If we were made aware of the problem during your stay, we would have moved you to another unit or upgraded you to a private unit with no extra cost. We indicate in our welcome letters and via email to call us anytime for anything, our duty manager phone is 24 hours it’s highly important to us to make you as comfortable as possible during your time with us.
