'回りが山なので静かです。 ペンションで木造作りの為に多少は隣、上の部屋の音が聞こえます。 Wi-Fiが完備されています。 エアコンは無く扇風機ですが、夜は涼しいので網戸でも少し寒く感じます。 共同風呂なので、朝風呂は予約制です。 トイレは2つあり、どちらもウォシュレットです👍 オーナーがとても優しいです(^^)'

'My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!'

'The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages.
