As you continue down the hallway, you'll find a modern hall bathroom and a fully renovated custom kitchen, complete with a granite island, new fixtures, and all the essential cooking tools for preparing home-cooked meals while on vacation. Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting living area, where the vaulted ceilings are highlighted by the loft above and a large sliding glass door that opens to your private deck. The living room is equipped with a large TV and comfortable seating for you and your visitors. The loft upstairs serves as a second bedroom, furnished with two full-sized beds and a TV. The covered deck measures 8x16 and provides an ideal spot to take in views of the Atlantic Ocean, along with access to two designated beach pathways, a professionally landscaped courtyard, and a community pool. The pool area boasts various shaded spots, zero-grade entry, and multiple seating alternatives. Additionally, there is an on-site laundry facility, a community grilling area, and a shower/foot wash station conveniently located at each beach access point.

This condo had a great view of the beach and easy access to the beach as well as restaurants. Overall it was a great stay! There were some stains on the couches and carpet, but otherwise very cleanly. We are likely to stay here again.

Beach vacation

Everything was great as far as renting process goes. Location, pool, beach and laundry facilities were great as well. The cleanliness upon arrival was less than adequate. Spent 1st hour essentially wiping down the place not how you want to start your vacation. The carpet was disgusting and should be replaced. The main living area and kitchen were very nice.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The condo was perfect for 6 people. We were on the third floor up. Ours had a loft. Our children loved it. Our balcony overlooked the ocean. The site has a beautiful pool. Would definitely stay there again. Kids ages were 18, 14, 10 and 7. They all loved the experience. I have to also add the sand on or at the beach is really nice and soft. Not a lot of rocky or shelly spots like some other beaches in NC. :)
