This adorable cottage in Topsail Beach is a welcoming retreat for guests looking for a place to get away from it all! It is located on the magical part of Topsail Island where you can see both the ocean and the sound from it's gorgeous new second story deck. Beach access to a very uncrowded beach is DIRECTLY across the street (60 seconds to toes in sand, we have counted!) Topsail Beach is like a time capsule, a throw back to simpler times. Go skating at the rink that has been open since the 60s or hit up the arcade and putt putt open since the 50s. After that, enjoy the most delicious homemade ice cream you have ever had at one of several quaint local places.
This cottage is a duplex with two completely separate units. PERFECT for multi-generational family getaways or multiple familes traveling together. You all get your own space, while still being together. The upstairs unit is 3 bedroom, 1 bath, and the downstairs unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower that everyone will be fighting over, because nothing beats an outdoor shower! Each unit has a full, well-appointed kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Each level also has an outdoor grill.
