While you'll have private parking at the home & can walk to the beach access point in less than a minute, there's no public parking in the immediate area-- meaning this section of the coast remains quiet & uncrowded! Elevator, arcade games, foosball table, backyard lawn games, grill, rooftop deck, al fresco dining, outdoor lounge, and big backyard!

This coastal home is perfectly situated between an uncrowded beach and the tranquil sound. Spend your days exploring both, each just a one-minute walk from your doorstep.

With five private sleeping spaces, each having their own *private*, full bathroom (5 bathrooms in total!), this gorgeous home provides exceptional comfort and convenience for every guest. Two of the bedrooms are actually "owner's suites”, each boasting a King bed and a private bathroom with double vanities and spa-tiled showers. In fact, every bedroom has adjacent deck access for you to relax individually or socialize!

Other Things to Note

Linens
Fresh linens are provided for every bed and bathroom, including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Extra linens for the trundle bed are stored in the dresser.

Beach & Sound Access
The beach access is directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy a quiet, uncrowded shoreline. You can also walk to the neighborhood boat ramp for access to the sound and Intracoastal Waterway where you can put in your boat or use your kayaks, paddleboards, etc.

Beach Essentials
We supply beach towels, a beach cart, several beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler.
