Welcome to Otter Oasis, your pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat in Surf City! This modern, multi-level home blends peaceful sound views with the convenience of being just moments from the beach (a 4 minute walk).



Inside, you'll find a bright, open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The home comfortably sleeps your group and offers unique amenities for a perfect stay.



Bedrooms & Sleeping: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. A crib is also available for families with little ones. Every bedroom features its own private bathroom, private deck and ample clothing storage.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size appliances, utensils, and a Keurig coffee machine.



Comfort & Connectivity: Stay comfortable year-round with dual-zone heating and AC, and stay connected with fast Wi-Fi.



Outdoor Living: After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the BBQ grill and relaxing on the furnished patio. Listen to live music some nights from the locally loved Trailer Bar at the end of the street or just enjoy the peaceful sounds of wind and surf.



Guest Access and Parking: You will have private access to the entire house, the surrounding yard, and all decks and patios. A few cabinets are locked for the owner's supplies and are not accessible to guests. Ample parking for Cars and RVs is available in the long private driveway. There is an L2 EV charger with an NACS (Tesla) adapter free for guest use or you can un-plug the charger and use your own.



Interaction: We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or have questions.



Pets permitted: Dogs only please. No pet fees! Up to two dogs up to 50lbs. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pets. Please do not leave dogs alone in the house unattended without a crate to keep them safe and happy.



Accessibility Features: This home is equipped with an outdoor elevator lift, which is available upon request for guests with mobility needs. A bidet is also installed for your comfort.



Security: For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property monitoring the exterior areas.
