'I’ll start by saying the pros, the properties at a great location super close to the beach and also super close to the bridge. It has a very homie vibe with plenty of patio space and seating. The AC works great and having three showers is very convenient. WiFi was strong and a good modern tv that had a lot of channels and apps. Tons of natural light, spacious living room with ample seating. ConsNot that I think anybody is truly at fault for this, but the cleaner was late, which therefore delayed...

'Owners had outstanding communication and were willing to help with anything we needed. It was directly across from the beach and had a nice view of the water on the upper deck. The furniture needed a deep cleaning (there were stains), the oven, freezer and bath tubs as well. The kids boogie boards were broke and the owners dropped...
