'The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

We actually could have just showed up with groceries and our clothes everything else was provided, the pool was a wonderful plus for our littles when the beach became too much. Surf City is our favorite spot and we would absolutely stay at this beautiful home again.'

'This was the perfect Beach rental for our family. We loved all the amenities included with the house. The beds were really comfortable. Our kids took advantage of the pool every day we were there. Beach access was really close to the house. We were able to bike to the heart of surf city. The screened in porch was also really nice. I highly recommend this place.'
