'Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. 'I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!'

'If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. The positive is that even though the beds were small, they were comfortable, and there was a nice 55-inch TV....

'We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean.
