    Make yourself at home in this welcoming 1-bedroom Holmes Beach retreat. This cozy house features a nice living room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. With amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, guests can unwind and enjoy a stress-free stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Holmes Beach and our house has to offer.

    Our home is a completely renovated 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom home that will take your breath away! Located in Holmes Beach, it is 5 houses and a short 1 minute stroll to the beautiful white sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches.
    The beach itself is quiet section due to the fact that there are no large resort / hotel / motel accommodations close by.

    We are the ONLY one-bedroom private home with a pool on Anna Maria Island.
    Many homes on the Island are actually duplexes where you each have your own pool but have shared interior walls.
    This is a truly 'Private' home without shared walls, or a backyard separated by fencing.

    The private heated pool has a waterfall, in-pool cocktail table, and bench seating. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs, dining table, outdoor shower, front porch seating and gas barbecue.

    With tropical style coastal furnishings, this home has it all, located within a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is also very close to one of the free trolley stops. The bedroom includes a king bed, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room has a couch, love seat and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Bathroom includes granite counter tops and a walk-in tiled shower. Bring your mobile devices as this home is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout.

    We provide you with all the items you will need such as luxury bedding, bath towels, washcloths, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen.

    There are chairs, umbrellas and floats that you are welcome to bring to the beach. We also have a cart to make it easier for you to get them there :-)

    There are two security cameras at the property, one at the front door and the other at the side gate facing the driveway.

This is the best little beach house! It’s very clean, cutely decorated, and the host, Jessica, was great with communication leading up to the trip and during. Location to the beach and grocery store is perfect! Having your own private pool is even better and the sunsets are like no other. ! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay within walking distance to the beach. Already planning the next visit to AMI!

Das Best Little Beach House war die beste und schönste Unterkunft in Florida, in der wir jemals gewohnt haben. Es war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir liebten dieses Haus und insbesondere den schönen Pool. Zum wunderschönen Strand war es nur ein kurzer Weg. Dies war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch in diesem Haus.

Our stay at the “Cottage by the Sea,” as we called it for a week, was wonderful! It was located perfect for a walk to get groceries or even a bite to eat. It had everything we needed, was clean, and a block from the turquoise ocean! The pool was amazing to swim in after my morning walks. This was our first trip to A.M.I., and we will definitely stay here on our return trip.

This is a charming and very well appointed cottage a short walk from the beach. It's unique in having a small private pool. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable and the shower fabulous. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and one of our favorite rentals!

Wonderful time at the Best Little Beach House. The house is small but just perfect for a couple. We loved the decor, comfortable bed, kitchen supplies and the pool with the waterfall was wonderful. The crepe restaurant in the Walgreens shopping center was my favorite, the hot dog place on Gulf drive was really good also. Both are in walking distance as was the beautiful beach just a few blocks away. We are hoping to return for another visit.

Definitely the best beach house on AMI. Great amenities and the private heated pool with small deck just makes it perfect. The bag of local coffee was a wonderful addition to a house that had all the necessary appliances and dishes needed.

The Little Beach House was the perfect spot for a beach get away. My husband and I were on AMI for a week and the home was a great base point to check out the island. The kitchen was perfect for cooking lots of local seafood dinners. The beach was walking distance and beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. We watched the sunset every night we were there. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! I’d recommend The Little Beach House to anyone staying in the area.

Adorable, comfortable, charming…. We love it! This was our second stay and we can’t wait to go again! I absolutely love the shower! Jessica responded immediately to a question I had before our trip so that was great. Just a quick walk to the beach with provider chairs, umbrella and wagon. The stores are minutes down the road but you feel like you’re on a little island. It’s awesome! Highly recommend!

Best little beach house!!!

Property was beautiful and exactly like expected. Had no issue during stay and hosts were excellent with communication with us even suggesting an excellent restaurant for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. Will definitely stay here again.

The house. the location, the total feel and experience was simply amazing. Short walk to the beach and literally in the middle of everything needed or wanted on the island. This house was perfect. Immaculately clean, with lots of linens/towels and a fully appointed kitchen. We honestly couldn’t have improved on a thing. We had a minor problem with the WiFi, and the owner was immediately responsive. I highly recommend this property.

The best vacation.

What a fantastic house, and location. Literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. The pool was so relaxing, and well taken care of. Plenty of space for 2! We cannot wait to come back! Our week was the first week of May.
