Coral Breeze B (Units A en B ranch-stijl op de begane grond) is je gloednieuwe paradijs. Elk met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers kant van deze schattige duplex beschikt over alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw vakantie eiland. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer met toegang tot de tropische tiki-patio en een eigen verwarmd zwembad. 2e slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 aparte bedden en de woonkamer heeft een fantastische slaapbank. De keuken heeft gloednieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en alle voorzieningen waarvan u zou dromen. U bevindt zich op slechts 2 minuten lopen van de prachtige Golf van Mexico, waar u vele adembenemende zonsondergangen kunt bekijken of de dag kunt doorbrengen met genieten van de geluiden van de golven. Zie wat schattig Anna Maria Island te bieden heeft met zijn unieke boetieks en fantastische restaurants, te voet of met het nemen van de vrije Trolley rit heeft. U kunt zelfs beide zijden van de duplex boeken voor familiebijeenkomsten of grote bijeenkomsten waar u 8 kunt slapen en TWEE zwembaden en vier slaapkamers hebt. Er is een poort tussen de zwembaden zodat u gemakkelijk van de ene naar de andere kant kunt manoeuvreren.
Huisdieren tot 40 pond zijn welkom. Pet fee plus belastingen zijn van toepassing.

Highly recommended

This place was everything as described here -- and more. It was centrally located, an easy walk to the beach, a short drive to Publix and various restaurants. Everything necessary to a comfortable stay was provided. The pool and the deck were beyond beautiful, and provided a wonderful place to hang out and relax. We spent a week here and feel we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect beach cottage! It is clean and decorated perfectly! The covered back porch is a perfect place to sit on the occasional rainy day. The walk to the beach is short and easy. It was a nice surprise to have a beach wagon and chairs, since we usually rents those.

Not what we expected!

We have been renting in AMI for many years. Always had great accommodations until this duplex. The worst place. We didn’t expect new, as showing in the pics . But, we expected a quaint, clean and quiet place. Not so. Construction across the street, starting at 7 am. We were never told. The pool area the roof was leaking as it poured rain a few nights. So we couldn’t use the patio. The pool needs resurfacing badly, we didn’t get in it. Floors dirty. Kitchen was very small. When you opened the refrigerator door it banged against the wall. The mattress in the master was comfortable but the beds in both bedrooms were very high, would not recommend for small children or elderly or people with bad knees. Very low water pressure in the shower. The washer n dryer are very small n old. Finally the tenants before we checked in left the garbage bin completely full and we had to wait for the first pickup before we could put our garbage out. Since my husband and I needed this vacation and we were there for the beach, we made the best of it and we were blessed with wonderful sunny days and great dining . Only went back to the duplex to bathe n sleep. This place needs more than TLC.

It was a great place to stay. Beautiful beachy chic decor and the pool was so nice! You are minuets for the beautiful beach. Only thing was the beds, they were rock hard.

Great location, easy check-in, nicely appointed

The property was in a great location, close to a beach access and in a central location on the island. The villa was nicely decorated and comfortable. Private pool and covered veranda were lovely. Only suggestion would be to include more info on what beach accessories were available so we would need to know what we had to bring/rent before we got there. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Spring Break - Holmes Beach!

When booking our spring break in Anna Maria, we look for a great location on the North end with a pool and close walk to beach. This house hits the mark! 1 block from beach, with heated pool! This 2 bedroom is the perfect home for a family of 4. The couches are a bit dated and not the most comfortable, beach equipment was quite old but got the job done and the head board in master bedroom was leaning on wall, not connected to bed. The walls in master bathroom could use a refresh, but all of those were minor to the overall vacation! We enjoyed every minute of the house and pool and easy access to beach EVERY day! Highly recommend renting a golf cart for all or some days to zoom around the island. If you go during busy time, it's hard to find parking and the golf carts are so much fun for everyone! This house has 2 units and they both have their own pools, but allow access to both via fence in backyard for a larger group and/or 2 families traveling together! Great option!

Great Spring Break

We had a lovely week at this rental in Holmes Beach. I’ll start by saying we would return to this same unit ... but I want to give some feedback I think would be helpful to potential renters. 1. The mattresses are very soft, especially in the room with two twin beds. Probably will not be an issue if you have children sleeping in there, but adults with back issues should beware. 2. The beach bin in front of the unit was a blessing - thank you for the use of beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc. We brought some of that stuff down with us but did not need to! 3. Bring bikes! We did and didn’t move the car the whole week we were there. Especially during busy times of the year (spring break!) it’s faster to move about the island by bike than by car. And better for you!! 4. If you don’t like “critters” Florida probably isn’t the place for you ... but the large dead rat on the side of the house the day we got there was startling and unwelcome. It was dead. That’s the good part. Florida Dreams (mgmt company) may want to do a walk-around on the transition day to prevent such guest experiences. 5. The pool is shaded for all but about 2 hours a day. I consider this a plus. Get all the sun you want at the beach and enjoy a lovely shaded backyard pool when you’ve had enough sun. But, this could be a downside if you’re visiting during the cooler, shoulder months of the year. 6. On the third day there (Tuesday) we wanted to use the grill. The propane tank was empty. The Florida Dreams handbook in the unit said to simply call them and they’d deliver another. So I called, but they said Tuesdays were maintenance’s “day off.” But they said we could feel free to do our own exchange of the tank and turn in our receipt at their office for a refund of the cost. We did the exchange ourselves. They refunded us. But, not exactly a white glove customer experience. If you plan on using the grill on your vacation, check the tank when you check in and get it taken care of right away. This unit was right-sized for two adults and two children. We enjoyed our week immensely and will likely return to AMI/Holmes Beach!

More Than We Expected

We could tell by the photos that this was just the place for us. We spent lots of meals out under the covered back porch. It was so wonderful to spend the morning at the beach, come home for lunch and our girls could continue swimming while my hubby and I rested or read or whatever. The kitchen table was just the right size for us to put our portable ping pong net on. That provided hours of fun and laughter. The walk to the beach was a nice short walk. There was a lovely dog park less than 1/2 mile away. We tried several of the ice cream shops this time around. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!

We loved coral breeze. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach, quiet area but within 5 minutes of nightlife. Awesome pool and pictures are as described. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

We loved this house! Short walk from the beach, lots of natural light, beautiful tropical landscaping around the pool. Covered porch was amazing - we spent a ton of time out there. We were a family of four with two small kids (6 & 3) and this house was just about ideal.
