There are two additional guest bedrooms with king beds and a fourth bedroom with a double sized bunk bed.

Perfect for entertaining, “Tina’s Piece of Paradise” has a gorgeous heated pool, and a beautiful patio area with plenty of seating. When you’re not busy enjoying the pool or near by pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, enjoy the game room with board games and video game console. In the living room find a flat screen television and wireless internet to keep you connected during your stay.

The open floor plan kitchen, living and dining rooms are decorated in cozy, coastal décor and large enough for the entire family. The Kitchen and dining room make preparing meals a breeze! Offering stainless appliances including dishwasher, the gorgeous kitchen is ready with all the basics. The dining room table can seat up to 10 guests with four at the kitchen breakfast bar. Everyone can come together to enjoy meal times!

When you are ready to explore the island leave your vehicle parked in one of the three available parking spaces and jump on the free trolley. Both north and southbound stops are located on Palm/Gulf Drive.

Island Real Estate Vacations will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. Any error on Guest’s part is not the responsibility of the agent. Sub-leasing of your vacation rental is strictly prohibited. A mid-stay clean and charge equal to the standard cleaning fee are required for all stays 21 nights or longer. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from our company. Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you do not wish to pay with the bank account or credit card on file, please reach out to pay several days in advance of 60 days prior to your arrival. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck.
