Dit huisje is gelegen "op het strand" 3007 Avenue F, prachtige Holmes strand. Het is de beneden-eenheid (1 van 2). Het huisje is zeer comfortabel en comfortabel voor 4 personen met extra ruimte voor een uittrekbare. Dit schilderachtige huisje is verborgen in een doodlopende straat, weg van alles en toch dicht bij winkels en restaurants.

Het heeft een volledige douche / bad, keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt en een wasmachine / droger. Het is erg schilderachtig en het terrein heeft prachtige exotische en tropische planten. U bent slechts een paar korte stappen naar het strand met de mooiste blauwe water- en zandstranden.

Er is een trolley die de hele dag en avond een blok verderop wordt opgehaald. De unit is centraal gelegen tussen Cortez Beach en Anna Maria Island met winkelgebieden, het Ringling Brother's Museum en vele restaurants.

Kom bij ons op Holmes Beach voor de mooiste zonsondergang die Florida te bieden heeft!

Dit zijn oudere eenheden (gebouwd in de jaren 50) en we werken de eenheden voortdurend bij, maar het is het strand en kan erg vochtig zijn. We hebben huishoudsters die aan het begin en einde van elke gast komen om het beddengoed schoon te maken en te verschonen.

Kan het uitzicht op de oceaan en de zonsondergang niet overtreffen ....

Pelican Perch was the kind of beach bungalow I was looking for…steps from the beach, yet close to shopping and restaurants, well stocked with updated appliances, decor was beachy, property managers were courteous and responsible to my needs, bedding was comfy! I did not have a car but the free trolley was convenient and reliable! I will definitely be back

But considering the hurricane damage, I tried calling the owner 3 times in two days to find out if it was damaged from the hurricane, left messages, and NO reply. So we drove 9 hours to go there and it was totally damaged place. I had to contact VRBO on this issue, since I took pictures of the place, showing the damage, I got a total refund. Good luck fixing your place...

The cottage needed upgrade in the bathroom area, tiles in shower area cracked/broken, molding around the bathroom exit door to outside had rott all along the floor area, in the bedroom the headboard on master bed appeared to be not attached to bed had to place a pillow between bed and wall to prevent it from knocking on the wall when sleeping, kitchen chairs had dried up food on the cushions that I actually had to wash off.. Needs up keep and TLC that would improve this rental.

Beach Bungalow Beauty

Due to uncontrollable circumstances we arrived quite a bit before check-in but Raquel was very accommodating so we left our bags and explored the island. The ground floor unit is exactly as advertised. This is an older cottage that has a charming, beachy feel. The updated beach chairs and outdoor furniture are a nice touch. If what you are looking for is a secluded spot with perfect beach access this is the place for you

Time of our lives!!!!!

Oh man, where do I start….. We arrived and was greeted with warm welcome from Racheal, who made sure we could get in okay and welcomed us. I thought that was very thoughtful❤️ The bungalow was older style but very clean and just perfect for our week stay. Then there is a path way to lead to heaven….the ocean!!!! The beach is very clean and quite and not busy like manatee beach in Anna Marie . The only down fall is NO SHELLS!!! ( Only littles) Thanksgiving was spent relaxing after I cooked us a good meal at the beach. Sunsets were amazing the orange rays were just breathtaking. The bungalow had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Unfortunately it is all just a memory now!!!!

Great stay !

Great communication and direction to the property. It's an older place. Which was no problem for us. The price was right for an on the beach rental. After all, we spent more time on the beach than in the rental. The beach isn't overcrowded at their location either. We have a camp, so living in less than perfect conditions was not a problem. We'd stay there again !

The property was so lovely and RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with our own private little path. It was so awesome, and the property manager, Raquel, was amazing! She was so helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view of the sea

Such a lovely location, right on the beach. Easy to get to the trolley stop or shops that were walkable distance from the unit. Loved seeing the sun set over the sea every evening and wake up and walk along the beach in the early mornings. Owner is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Just a wonderful overall stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Experience

The rental was a bungalow style.. The bunk beds were very creaky and definitely not for adults. Shower needs updated. Wi-Fi was great. Coffee on the beach was only a few steps away!
