Apartment 1 is located on the lower level, with a private patio in the back, and the ability to walk straight out to the heated swimming pool. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Parking included.

They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.
