'We're used to going to the front desk and checking in. None of that, which was a little weird, but everything went smooth. Had no problems. Rooms and the rest of the facility was super clean! anytime we had a question we texted our host/hostess and were able to get an answer in a relatively short time. I would definitely stay there again, and will.'

'Hotel was conveniently located to all the attractions. The hotel inside and the grounds outside were very well maintained. I wish there was a hot tub but the pool was heated enough that even I could get in the water. All of the staff were super friendly. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. 'We enjoy staying at the Horton Hotel in Boone, NC. The rooftop bar is so fun! The beds are comfortable, showers are big, and have complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There is also complimentary hand soap and lotion. Complimentary coffee and breakfast. Walkable to all if downtown Boone and App State campus. Overall it is excellent! '
'We loved the bed and the king suite. We never felt cramped. The breakfast was also very good. Liked the flavored waffles. The only thing we didn't like was the long walk to the elevator and then to our car, but there is probably nothing you can do about that. We should remember to send one with the luggage out front and one to bring the car around. We'll be back.'

'When we arrived, the room we were initially given had a few things that still needed to be cleaned so we called the front desk to make them aware and see if we could just get someone to clean it. The front desk promptly called back and offered us an upgrade instead. Not only did they come and look at it themselves, but they showed us to the cabin we'd be in and were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience! We will definitely be back! '
