'We stayed here for two nights and found it very comfortable and well equiped. We came in for a concert (Springsteen) and wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. This was perfect, only a 10 minute drive. It's also close to some fantastic restaurants and excellent grocery stores. It's such a unique home and suited us well.'

'Had a great weekend getaway at the cozy cottage. Interior was remodeled with new appliances, hardwood floor with scratch proo polish and enough bedrooms to fit our 4 persin family and the dog. Friendly neighborhood about 10 mins from town. House is more inland than pictured bur still within walking distance.'

'We felt like we were in the middle of peaceful woods with our very own lake to skip rocks on. Then we jumped in our car and we were in the cutest town, Skaneateles, with shops restaurants and a great place to walk in just a 4 minute car ride! My kids want us to buy the cabin!'

'"Lake Edge" is perched on a steep hillside about 50' over it's private beach. All 43 of the wooden steps to the water were strong and secure as we're the railings. Two scary switchbacks on the lane to the cottage we're really not as difficult as they appeared. The cottage is secluded. 'Great home base for Syracuse graduation weekend. An easy drive to campus and a nice, peaceful spot to come back to each day. We were 7 people and were very comfortable. Great spot!'

'My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment.
