This is one side of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood in Homer. It has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and 50" smart TV. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a desk. A living area in the front room has a 65" smart TV, sofa, recliner, coffee table, and an assortment of books, games, puzzles, and travel brochures. There is also a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The house is within walking distance of several Homer eateries, and a short drive from all other Homer attractions. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower. Common bathroom amenities are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, common spices, coffee, tea, cream, and sugar provided. Just off the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer-detergent and dryer sheets provided. A sunroom with two chairs overlooks the front yard and a limited view of Kachemak Bay, and provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or an evening night cap. Up to 2 friendly and fully vaccinated (rabies, parvo, distemper, bordetella, and current flea/tick treatment) dogs are allowed. No cats. Quiet hours are in effect 24 hours/ day. No smoking, vaping, marijuana allowed on property. Free Wi Fi is included.
