'This is a nice house on a nice lot with great views of Coldwater lake. The area is nice and quiet. The place has a huge master suite and 2 proper bedrooms on the second floor. The additional sleeping areas are only semi-enclosed. It would have been nice to have seen the floor plan of the house before we got there, but the place had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. We would stay here again!'

'This house has so much character and was a perfect venue for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed the individuality of each bedroom and each space. There are things to explore and look at in every nook and cranny of this place! Communicating with Evolve was a hassle, but communication with the actual host was good once we had his contact information. Also, the location close to downtown Jackson, allowed for a walk down to see the Bright Side murals. We also realized it is not far from the best donut...

'We came out to the land for Memorial Day. There were 10 of us which the property easily housed in comfort. The property is in a great secluded location, and the house is clean and well maintained. The lakeside amenities were fantastic, and all around we just had a great time. We’ll definitely be trying to come back.'
