'We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding that was nearby. A good amount of space for the 10 of us that stayed. Overall, the house was great! Well finished, bright and beautiful. The ocean view from the decks was spectacular, and the decks were safe for our 18 month niece. The property was located a few mile out of town, the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. Thanks so much for letting us stay, we loved it!'

'The unit was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having a washer/dryer for our scuba diving trip. The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. All the appliances worked fine. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Internet was good. Lots of towels and a comfy couch to stream TV. 'We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....

'I love the location of this home. It’s tucked away in a sweet little cul-de-sac. Yet, your just off a main road which takes you right into town or anywhere you want to go. The ocean views from the primary and the spacious kitchen/living room are breathtaking. It’s a great place for multiple families or one big family. I hope to make this place my go to home when I’m in Kona.'

'This house is centrally located and close to a variety of adventures and easy access to shopping and town. The kids (4 teenage boys) loved the pool and all the water games. We used the coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards on our beach outings. House was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and island adventures. 'This is a wonderful property that is very well maintained. The pool and view are the highlights, but the house itself is very comfortable with so many extra amenities. 'Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time'

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again.'
