'The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and a great quiet location downtown. Parking passes were provided, so you didn’t have to pay on street parking.The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They were very clear about the flight of stairs, but they didn’t concern us. However, older guests might find them difficult, especially carrying luggage.We would definitely book this property again.'

'We arrived for our stay Friday afternoon. We had made our reservation 7 months in advance, as this was a regular yearly trip. We made our reservations for the Holiday Inn. When we arrived, we found that the hotel had been purchased and redone by Marriott. This was not a big deal, but it did take a few extra minutes at check-in, as there were some computer issues with the reservation migration from the Holiday Inn to Marriott. 'Staff and location; view are incredible! Beyond that… things start to go down hill. Family stayed in bunkhouse and the railings are rotting away from the stairs, front roof is rotted out and room was half remodeled. TVs are ancient with less than ideal streaming functionality(struggled greatly and this is coming from a pretty tech savvy person). For price/pictures on web-site our stay was a disappointment.
