'We hardly had any pressure and hot water in the shower. They had no probleem to move us to another room, which was okay. Shower cabin is a bit small for large people. Great location, though, friendly staff, there was a fridge and even a microwave. Wouldn't mind going there again.'

'The name of this hotel is somewhat misleading, it is in Norwich but not within the city limits. Even though everything is perfect, but of no fault of their own it is next to the FC Norwich Football stadium. It will b e quite congested when there is a game on.'

'It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). 'The room was exceptionally spacious and full of character. Many hotels are a bit soulless but this is far from the case here. The staff were professional, friendly and always with a smile. I've seen a few reviews have commented on 'hidden charges' - breakfast isn't included but this is clear from the very start and there's no pressure to eat here in the morning. If you do, however, the food is excellent (we had dinner) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.'

' Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. '

"Medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes prima. Continental ontbijt buffet prima, ook aanbod plantaardige zuivel producten. Heerlijk bed. Staat van kamer zeker geen 4 sterren. Meubels beschadigd en ogen oud. Onnodige kalk en schimmel aanslag in de badkamer. Omgeving is verlaten en voelt ‘s avonds onprettig. Afstand tot winkels en bushalte zo’n 15 min lopen langs schaats verlichte weg met begroeiing. Kortom hotel prima, maar geen €200/nacht waard en lokatie wat afgelegen"

"Uitstekend appartement, met prima keuken met oven en magnetron, wasmachine, waterkoker en koelkast, comfortabel bed, een bank, tafeltje + stoel, fijne badkamer, grote ramen. Bijna perfect, want als ik kritisch moet zijn ontbrak een goede faciliteit om zelf koffie te zetten, en de handdoeken hadden last van de - vaak voorkomende - nare geur van de wasserij."
