'It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days.'

'What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

'The property was a sizeable home suitable for multiple numbers of people. The weather helps with the swimming pool 👍☀️Suitability for pets to allow them everywhere and a fully enclosed garden may need to be looked at to avoid pets being on a lead. Great location for families or friends that just want to get away from it all.'

'We booked a family/ friends trip away for Easter. The location was great, for the a waterfront view, a short walk to town and Roy’s! It was also a short walk from boat hire company for our day on the Broads. There were 3 spacious rooms for the adults and the dog. The owner was easy to contract via email and phone. The Kitchen could do with some more kitchen wear such as sharper knifes. Nevertheless we had some great meals and Easter lunch. Over it was a lovely weekend.'
