家族で体調を崩してしまった者がいたのですが、近くの病院を教えて頂いたり、何度も丁寧にお声がけ頂いたりと、日本語で対応して頂けた事は本当に助かりました。 ありがとうございました。 また、お祝い旅行と連絡をしていたので、最上級のアップグレード（なんとPH4です！！）と、シャンパンのプレゼントをして頂きました。 家族皆で、人生最高のホテルだね！と感謝しながら毎日をすごしました。 毎朝すれ違うスタッフの方の素敵な笑顔での挨拶。 とても気持ちよく、朝からすがすがしい気持ちになりました。 おかげさまで最高のバケーションを過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。 ぜひ次回もお世話になりたいと思います。

This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will return. Customer service is phenomenal. In fact, we broke one of their hotel policies without realizing it and usually they charge for that (I won't go into specifics but it was definitely our fault) and although they did not have to, they made an exception for us when they did not have to. Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic stay and big thank you to Tina who is just the sweetest and worked with us on the issue. Again, our fault and they were incredibly gracious. We will return.

4年ぶりのハワイ、家族のお祝い事が重なった今回の旅行でアップグレードしていただき最高な6日間を過ごす事ができました。 両親、娘2人と5人で利用したのですが、バスルームトイレも2箇所あり時間を有効に使えました。 キッチンは炊飯器、レンジ、オーブン、食洗機と設備が充実しておりスーパーで食材を購入してゆっくり食事を楽しみました。 洗濯機、乾燥機もあるので毎日洗濯をして帰国後はとても楽でした。 次回のハワイもぜひ宿泊したいです。 どうもありがとうございました。

お薦めします。 スタッフは皆親切で笑顔で挨拶してくれる。チェックインの際の部屋の説明がとても丁寧でわかりやすかった。 バスローブが足りない、ターンダウンを頼んだ際にも対応が早く快く来てくれる。フロントは時間によって日本人スタッフがいるので英語に自信が無い方でも安心だと思った。 2ベッドルームのオーシャンフロントスイートに家族で3泊。価格は週末だったからか予想よりも高かったが総じて満足した。 6人(大人5人＋子供一人)でも十分な広さだった。 サンセットは角度的に見えないが、海の目の前で朝から晩まで綺麗な景色を見ることが出来た。ラナイも広く椅子とテーブルが四人分置いてあった。波の音も着替えるし綺麗な鳴き声の小鳥が何度もラナイに留まりとても癒された。 テレビはそれぞれの部屋に一台ずつあり、バスルームも二つ、ソファとダイニングテーブル、洗濯機&乾燥機、キッチンの設備など申し分ない。ただ電化製品が全て日本のものとは全く違うため英語が分からない＆アメリカ生活に慣れてない方には少し難しい可能性がある。 雨季のせいか羽のある虫が何度か居て不快だったがそれに勝る経験だった。プールが改装中で使えないことを予約したあとに自分で調べてて気がついたので、そのような時期的な情報も予約のときに分かるようになっていると便利だと思った。 マクドナルド隣の歩行者専用入り口とアロヒラニリゾート側から入れる車及びメインエントランスと二つあるのも行かないと分かりにくいので事前に教えてくれると良いなと思った。 チェックインは早めに着いたけど空いてないとのことで15:00過ぎるまで出来なかった。ただ、フロント前にカウチがたくさんあり、近くにABCstoreやマクドナルド、ビーチも徒歩1分くらいなので荷物を預けて時間を潰すことが出来全く問題無かった。 そんなに大きいホテルではないのでチェックインやエレベーターでの待ち時間もほぼ無く、スムーズだった。Uberなどの送迎は送迎レーンがないためホテルの外の通りに出る必要がある。

We were on the 36th floor in a 2 bedroom condo with the most wonderful view of Waikiki Beach. When we arrived the staff was welcoming, personally showed us our room, and provided us with a gift and lei greeting. Very Nice - I wish we had more time there (our flights were delayed so we lost a day and a half). Thank you for a wonderful stay

Amazing Service
The customer service is what makes this hotel special. as soon as we arrived and until we left we couldn’t fault the staff at all. The only thing to let this hotel down would be that the rooms are tired/old, windows are noisey and beds extremely hard.

Had a wonderful stay at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront view room and the views were incredible. In the front you have the ocean and the side and back were mountains. You could also see the Diamond Head Crater. The kitchen was fully equipped - stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. And daily housekeeping. Perfect!

와이키키 해변과 우측으론 다이몬드 해드. 두번째지만 역시 멋찐 뷰. 시설이 훌륭하고 깨끗하다. 해변앞 번화가여서 시끄럽지만 발코니 창을 닫으면 조용한 편이고 커피머신이 조금 문제여서 근처 kai coffee shop에서 모닝커피. ^^

We booked our Hawaii trip through Expedia, which included hotel and flights. We poured over the reviews for the Aston, and finally just pulled the trigger in booking it for the week after Christmas. We opted out of a car rental because we did a little bit of research and we realized that we were 20 mins away from the airport so we opted to Uber instead. We are a family of six with two parents and four children ranging from ages 7 to 22, two of which are adults. We booked a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen living room pull out bed in the living room… And full ocean view. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk clerks who checked us in early and offered us cold drinks, cold towels, as well as Hawaiian necklaces and a souvenir bag filled with reusable water bottles, water toys for the kids and sunscreen kit. Our rooms were big, and our balcony stretched out across the living room and dining area and access to the patio and clear unobstructed view of the ocean! Our stay was amazing and we can’t wait to go back. The only cons that we can say we found were that the children were unable to use the pool area because it was closed at the time, and there were some issues with the elevators while we were there during our stay, but nothing so major that it ruined our trip. Housekeeping checked in with us every day. Restaurants, stores and beach are all within walking distance!
