The unit has an open floor plan from the 9th-floor unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size stainless-steel appliances, stainless steel electric tea kettle, BPA-Free hot water boiler, toaster, coffee maker, blender, along with all kitchen cookware and utensils included granite countertops and granite island with 5 adjustable stools.

The living room features a 70" Smart 4K TV, queen-size sleeper sofa bed and a windows AC unit.

The bedroom has two queen-size beds with 12-inch Gel memory foam/pressure-relieving mattress. The bedroom can be separated from the living room by the sliding doors.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with included shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and fresh premium beach towels, along with bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

The Building:
* There is coffee shop & convenience (snack) store on the 1st floor next to
the elevators in Tower 1.
* There is a coin machine on the 1st floor next to the security office in
Tower 2

Direction To Waikiki Banyan:
From the Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 25 minutes’ ride. Prices are around $30-$40 depending on traffic for a Taxi/Uber.

Please be advised that the basketball and tennis courts located on the 6th-floor recreation deck are temporarily closed until further notice.

Your condo includes a parking pass that provides access to the secured parking garage, allowing you to come and go with ease.

Please note that the parking garage has a height restriction of 6 feet. Larger vehicles or other SUVs over 6 feet in height, cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Ground-floor parking for large vehicles is limited and often fully occupied. Therefore, we highly recommend renting cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be held responsible if your vehicle exceeds 6 feet in height and all ground-floor parking spaces are taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Most shopping, restaurants and bars are nearby and can be walking in small distance. There is a coffee shop located on the ground floor in Tower 1

Trash chutes are located on every floor. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor (laundry detergent provided).

We have a hair dryer, ironing, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle water boiler, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, laundry detergents, disk soap and shampoo provided for your convenience.
Other things to note

The unit offers a self-check-in option. No front desk check-in required. Guests can use the elevator to go directly to the unit, and the entrance door is equipped with keypad lock for safe and easy entry.

The parking structure is attached to the building, and the entrance is located on the side of Kuhio Avenue. A parking permit pass will be available for use after check-in.
