Gelegen in het drukke gedeelte van Waikiki. We hadden een mooie suite met een goed groot bed. Enige nadeel was de herrie van de straat ( het verkeer en s’nachts dronken schreeuwende mensen) is heel goed te horen in de kamer.

First of all, loved the valet parking! Not having to hassle with parking is so nice. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Read the fine print, you cannot park anywhere near the property as they require valet at a steep 58 plus tips per day. That adds a considerable amount to your stay. Restaurants are not great. Would not recommend.

Our first room was on the 3rd floor facing the street, right ourside the bus stop and bars/nightclubs which stay open late. We switched to the 10th floor facing the pool which was much better. Hotel rooms are in need of a refresh.

The hotel had great staff but the suite we got was next to the laundry supply room so at 6 am everyday we could hear the cleaning crew and they were very loud.

I really liked the staff workers. They were really nice and when we needed anything, they came right away. My mom is handicap. There were no bars in the bathroom like the ad said there would be. There was only a wood bar on the shower with no gaps to hold. The sofa bed was hard and you could feel the springs. We had to put extra blankets so we could sleep. Everything else was good.

We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc, and we weren't disappointed in that regard. It's very centrally located and within easy walking distance of many things in Waikiki. The drawback with that is the rooms were very loud at night, especially rooms facing the street. You could hear every muscle car, loud conversation, drunken celebration, outside. The location and ambient noise isn't the hotel's fault, but if you're looking for a good night's rest, this probably isn't the hotel for you. The reason we would never come back here was the cleanliness/smell/overall condition. We booked two hotel rooms on the same floor. The kids room had a pretty funky smell, but was passable. Our room was so foul smelling, I literally gagged. I'm talking cesspool/rotten garbage disposal bad. They were able to move us to a room on a different floor (not convenient having family on a different floor, but o well)... it also smelled funky, but at least I could bear being in there. The rooms were pretty dilapidated too... you expect a minimum standard of cleanliness and upkeep in a Marriott, and this was pretty beat up. Overall, pretty disappointing... even with the good location we will definitely stay elsewhere on our next trip to Oahu.

When we arrived we were given a room directly in front of the elevators so we asked for a different room. The different room bolt lock was not working and the safe was almost completely ripped out of the wall. So we get to a 3rd room and the refrigerator wasn’t working! We settled with this room and an engineer swapped a working fridge. Room was ok could be cleaner. Rooms definitely need upgrade and cleaning could be better. I noticed that the bathrooms in the premises in lobby and swimming pool hasnt been clean all day. Saw my Coffe cup I threw in the garbage in the morning still in the same garbage in the evening. That goes to tell me they don’t clean or wipe down common areas. Every night was a band playing next to property until 1-2 am. Plus side great property. Easy access to in and out of Waikiki. Close to everything. Location great. Will I come back to this hotel? Maybe.

Location is good; close to everything. Shower room is very tiny and room service always forgot to supply something. Staff is not friendly.
