Customer service was crap. The lady I was working with kept closing her eyes really tight when talking to me like she was extremely frustrated. There was only ONE staff at the front desk and a literal football team waiting. When we FINALLY got to our room it was beyond disgusting. Stains all over the bed. They charge $30 a day for “amenities” and $30 a day for parking. So, after paying $350 for our hotel we were charged $167 at the resort. THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH $500 FOR TWO NIGHTS. Super misleading. Going up and down on the elevators is a pure nightmare. They’re exceptionally small and your key card works it.

チェックイン時間が16:00なので飛行機のフライトで疲れている方にとっては大変かもしれません。 ですが、近くにドンキホーテ、ウォルマートがあるので 買い物が便利でした。ホテルの中のお店もあるので、ちょっとしたものを買えていいと思います。 朝食はクーポンを使用して5ドルで食べれたのですごく良かったと思います。 部屋も広くてよかったですが、外の工事がうるさかったのは残念でしたが、、。、 全体的に何の問題もなく、楽しく滞在させていただきました。 ありがとうございました。Mahalo

Majority of the staff have Ohana and exercise it - I singled out a couple of Revenue killers in my last review. Coming from the mainland, we deal with attitude - We don’t come to Hawaii to spend top dollar experience further. Overall, the staff was very respectful - Only a couple of deadbeats.

The first night in my room I had to kill a large brown spider and roach both in the restroom. The carpet had a really bad urine smell possibly from a dog. There were also two roach eggs on the carpet near the bed stand. When I moved the large chair in the room, underneath had a lot of dust and pennies.

Room was a little old and had roaches around. Other then that is was okay. Outside was noisy with homeless people yelling in the middle of the night. Staff was nice and parking was close by.

Great central location for riding the bus. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Just a few cleanliness issues that come with an older hotel. Our room still showed signs of its former (rude) guests: gum in the cracks of the shower walls, lipstick on the mirror, group signatures on the mirror when the bathroom fogs up. We didn't end up using the kitchenette partially due to the few cockroaches we saw. We were told that housekeeping would come on the 4th day but apparently the first day we checked in doesn't count (?). They came after the 4th night (which is the 5th day). Housekeeping also came at 8 am and told us they had to enter right then and won't come back later so we had to wake up and get out right away. Front desk was always very helpful. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud but effective. Fairly comfortable stay for a good price. $5 breakfast was delicious!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is very convenient. Bus 23 can take you directly to Diamond head and the sea life park. Bus 20 can take you directly to the air port and the Pear habour. Also it's walking distance to Waikiki beach. Walmart is close by Also. There is a great grocery store named Foodland not far away. You can buy Day Pass bus tickets and also a lot of delicious food over there. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Even though I made the reservation through Expedia and decided to pay locally using my credit card, I couldn't use my JCB card. I paid in cash, so I'm glad I brought a lot of cash. There was no mention of which company's credit could be used. The staff's behavior and the room were clean.

Housekeeping women, forget without guest they don't get paid. They were not accommodating or friendly. Front desk women were Awesome, friendly, nice. Mini Mart loved it convenient. Breakfast was so great and very nice people. It's an old comfortable hotel with history that are local friendly. Please don't loose that. Give your housekeeping women lessons on being more friendly, smile if a guest conversates don't be rude or at least smile back. People won't bite.

It was fine but for the amount I paid for one night and parking wasn’t included blew my mind. 300.00 total from 4-11am isn’t worth it again. Good luck to the future of this property. Plus I’m from a neighboring island and kamaina rates didn’t mater. Not even advice on where to park for free.

Stay away!
This place is a total dump, the rooms haven’t been updated since the Reagan era, are dirty and stained and the place deals of urine. Not to dismiss the area surrounding this place has walking zombies, you probably don’t want to leave your room after dark. Throw in the staff’s total apathy towards guests, hidden fees of $65! I warn you to go anywhere else.
