Not too bad. We hope it will be improved.
Early Check-in was available in our time of stay.
Easy to get Ala moana center also bus and trolley stop .
We can direct access from the second floor of this buliding to Ilikai hotel.
The mattress was so comfortable.
Our stay of Hawaii was only 10 days. It’s too short to request for fix the problems below.
We found over three baby cockroaches in the kitchen. they are breeding in there probably.
There were dishes dirted by the previous users in the cupboard.
The temperature display of the oven had been scratched, so we could not handle it.
The bad smell from the drain pipe of the kitchen
The door of the bathroom would not be locked.
The toilet lever dead cracked and we had to be careful when using it.
The drawer of the bathroom sink is cracked and rusty, so we could not use it.
There was no plug of bathtub, it was unavailable to fill a bath.
There was still a dirty stuff made from hairs of the previous guest in the hair catcher.
The clock on the wall had been broken.
The light stand was unavailable.
The handle of the drawer of the side of the bed was broken.
The most terrible problem I have to report was that the lock on the window door to the balcony was rusty and did not work, so we could not lock it during our stay. At the worst case, it could be cause the serious safety problem in my opinion.
However, we enjoyed our vacation. Mahalo!
