The Space:

High above Honolulu, the 28th floor opens up to a sweeping corner perspective that takes in the Pacific, the bay, and the green ridgeline of Diamond Head. Step onto your private lanai, feel the trade winds move through, and let the pace of island life settle in around you. This is a perch above Waikiki where you can be close to everything and still feel removed from it.



The space

Set within the Waikiki Banyan, this one-bedroom corner unit has been recently renovated and sleeps up to four guests comfortably. Large windows wrap the space in natural light and frame uninterrupted views of the ocean and bay. The window AC unit and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round in Honolulu's steady tropical climate.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, giving you a quiet, private place to rest. It features a king-size bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, suitable for children or occasional use.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home - from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxed dinner in. You'll find a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove and single oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, rice maker, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and full cooking basics. A dining table means meals can be enjoyed with a view rather than standing at the counter.



Living and workspace

The living area is set up for both downtime and staying connected.
