The property is very close to the beach. No TV and no elevator. If you have issues with stairs, inform them so you can book the first floor.'

'Wow! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. It really is a gem! Great staff, great amenities, great location! The only thing I was not a fan of was the birds all over. I wish they would put up signs to not feed the birds (similar to what we saw at Costco when we were there). The guests definitely make this problem worst, as the guests are the ones we saw consistently feeding them.'

'Best kept secret for Kaanapali beach resorts! Everything accessible with no elevators, crowds, or chaos. Free wi-fi, parking and best stretch of beach ever. Pool never crowded, plenty of chairs and unlimited towels at front desk. Free coffee 7am-11am. Stayed in Coconut Building and room had double queen beds and full stainless kitchen. 'Our room was great! beauriful view if the ocean! We sat on the balcony everyday. The pools were great, beach was beautiful. You can snorkel right in front of the property. Be sure to bring water shoes because the beach it is very rocky in front of Honua Kai Resort. If you walk to the south it is less rocky. There is a nice path that we took our morning walks. 'Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. '
