'The room is very nice. They have large ceiling fans and AC. There is a large frig and a kitchen area to cook meals. FYI there is no TV. The view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing. There is a very nice sitting area on the balcony to enjoy the ocean and fresh air. The beach is amazing and the water is warm. There is a large coral reef to snorkel and tons of fish to see. The hotel has beach chairs, umbrellas and other stuff you can use for free. The only negatives is there is very limited...

'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'

'This isn’t a terrible property & is perfect for budget travelers. I suggest renting a car because it is a hour drive from OGG airport. One of the most aggravating things is not being able to talk to someone in an office, especially when you need fresh towels or a little housekeeping. I would rate my stay at seven out of 10. Pros: Economical, less than a 5 min walk to the beach, nice balcony with a cute garden view Cons: No TV!!!, older accommodations and apparently the floor in unit above us...

'The property was in exquisite shape and the unit was very well kept. Great location! Just a short walk down a hill to beach access. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to drive to the unit.'

'Wow! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. It really is a gem! Great staff, great amenities, great location! The only thing I was not a fan of was the birds all over. I wish they would put up signs to not feed the birds (similar to what we saw at Costco when we were there). The guests definitely make this problem worst, as the guests are the ones we saw consistently feeding them.'

'Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. '

'The pools felt crowded and dirty by the afternoon. I also wish they would provide at least one room cleaning for the price. It felt very dirty and sandy by the end of the week. Otherwise the room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the beach was perfect and some of the best snorkeling.'

'The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...

'It is a beautiful property and our unit was spectacular. It had the best balcony view of the ocean and pool area. The amenities in the unit were extremely helpful (ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards). Communication and check in/check out is very easy! We will be back.'

'5 Days in Maui.... I'll start with our living space. The condo was clean and definitely enough space for a family of 5... 4 adults and 1 child. Although the condo was a little dated and rough around the edges, it was clean and welcoming. Could it use a little TLC? Sure, but nothing too bad. Now for the crown jewel. The pool area and beach access were excellent, The grounds themselves are beautiful and well maintained as well as the beach area... with 2 pools, it was great to be able to go...
