This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!'

'The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. 'Not the worst but definitely not the best. Lots of broken items or repairs that were not done well. Not very clean. We had to wipe the floor in the bathroom because they wiped a bunch of hairs and dirt behind the door. Beds were comfy though and AC worked great. Breakfast was decent. Would like to see staff take better care of the rooms before going back'

'Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly.
