'This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!'

'Stayed 6/20/26. On Expedia nothing was mentioned about the property under complete renovation. No cable or wifi, with nobody on property to help. Staff was very nice, unfortunately they get the brunt of it.'

'The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. 'My only issue is I am IHG member have been for quite some time now and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times requested late check out through the prompt that it gives you on the TV and even called in the morning for them to tell me late checkout is for IHG members only and they could give me till 1130 mind you I am a member asked the woman to double check. She said of sorry…i can still just do 1130………not to mention had two maids ENTER my room before 11 am wake me up and felt pretty invasive...
