'Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!'

'The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

'I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

'We had ample space in the room for our family. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. Idk if there was a/c or a fan but it felt great and out of the 5 places we stayed during our travels was the coolest temperature wise. We were visiting during “the hottest weather in ages” Would recommend and would stay again.'

'We stayed 2 nights in this hostel. Food was amazing and hostel staff very sweet. Towels not included. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the showers/ toilets disgusting. There were only 4 showers and 4 toilets for everyone. They are only cleaned once in the morning.'

I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk...

'The advert for the apartment didn’t match reality. Lots of things didn’t work ie bedside charging table in main bedroom, lamp in bedroom, the sofa bed is missing one leg and the other is about to fall off, no kitchen towel or kitchen roll the second bed was not luxury foam as described, no mirrors in the apartment etc etc We very dissatisfied with the place'
