A lot of apologies, but not really what I expected for the price paid. Still an interesting experience and the restaurant made up for it.'

'Ik heb er 4 dagen overnacht. De mensen waren erg vriendelijk, de kamer was netjes en ontbijt super. De Inn ligt in het midden van Shrewsbury, op nog geen 10 minuutjes lopen van het station af. 'Excellent stay , room lovely all staff were so friendly and helpful ! Breakfast very nice , no complaints at all it was 30 degrees when we stayed ,room was very warm but a fan was provided without us needing to ask .

'Brilliant stay in the heart of the town. Very modern, provides basic necessities such as shower gels and tea and coffees. The pub is just downstairs so any issues you can report to them. Keyless entry to the hotel and your room, very good value for money. '

'Check in was 15:00. I arrived at 16:20 and the room was still not ready. I complained to the woman at the bar which serves as the reception, she apologised, asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited and then tried to charge me for it! Not a good start to my stay.
However, the room itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, modern and stylish. Extremely good value for the price and literally opposite the train station.

The hotel was lovely and we were lucky enough to have what a couple of the staff described as the 'best room'. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was a little soft for my liking, although still comfortable. All staff we encountered were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The small amount of food we had was a hit, especially with my daughter! We would definitely stay here again. '
