'Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay for the evening. The community was extremely cute, and we enjoyed walking our dogs around the property. There were a few issues that could easily be fixed. The bathrooms that were closest to the property were locked, and we had trouble finding ones that were open. (We arrived after dark.) Also, because we came in after dark, it was difficult to get into the house. There weren't any lights, and the community is very dark. Adding some sort of small light...

'We were very pleasantly surprised by our cottages and the property. The pictures on Expedia didn't do it justice! Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage was perfect, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the location perfect. We will happily return, maybe in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool, which is beautiful.'

'Very clean room. Rented a small boat from them and took our dogs with us; they loved being on a boat! Beautiful views of the water and assateague lighthouse right from the property, especially at sunset. We paid for the water taxi to take us to a secluded beach for a few hours. The dogs got to run in the sand, and we saw the wild horses on the same shore as us maybe 100 yards away! The staff was very attentive.'
