'Minha primeira experiência com a rede Charlie e fiquei bem satisfeita com a facilidade na comunicação e também ao chegar ao edifício como foi tudo prático. O quarto tem tudo e estava bem limpo. Além disso, super bem localizado e perto de estação de metrô e da Paulista.

'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. 'The room at the hotel was very spacious but the bathroom was very small. We paid about 125 eur a night incl breakfast so that's not very expensive for SP.it was convenient near a subway station. Breakfast was good but the one with fewest choice we had in SP. Room is also quit noisy (problem everywhere in Brasil I guess) although we were at the almost highest level.'
