'The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.'

'The staff on reception were 5 star. Very polite and helpful , and always there with our key waiting to welcome us back in. The apartment itself was large and very clean, only gripe for me is the curtains do not block out street lights if your room has one outside. Its in a quiet residential area. The walk into the historic centre takes 10 15mins. Its uphill for 2 blocks on the way back. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week here whilst exploring Cusco and surrounding areas. '

'Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!'
