The Aged Owl - 1 bedroom treehouse. The separate ensuite has been turned into a conference room. It is rented out for corporate events, but we will NOT allow any Conference Room bookings during your stay.

You have access to all amenities in the treehouse & porch. Get ready to unplug & reconnect with nature in the most perfect way possible.

En-suite - Conference room not accessible during your stay (unless you're interested in renting it out as well)

Before arrival, you can book charcuterie, smores or breakfast board delivery. Also, don't forget to book your in-room massage! You can also hire an in-room chef for brunch or dinner, or you can rent e-bikes to explore the property or Northwoods Trails.

The Aged Owl treehouse is part of Phase 1. We ask our construction workers to start work later in the morning, especially on weekends. Please do not touch or go near any construction equipment, but we do encourage you to walk around (stay on the road) to get a glance of the exciting things coming to In the Trees! The Aged Owl is about 75 yards from current construction.

Oaklawn Horse Racing! If you plan to enjoy a day at the races while you're in Hot Springs, ask about the availability of our In the Trees Finish Line box seat! (seats 6) Pricing varies. Available ONLY to In the Trees guests.

Christmas- All units at In the Trees will have Christmas decor from (about) Thanksgiving to New Years Day.

CANCELLATION POLICY- 30+ days before your check-in date, receive full refund; 15-30 days before check-in date, receive 50% refund; 14 days or less before check-in date, no refund.
