'The hotel location was great, close to the metro and Gara de Nord train station. The hotel was a bit worn out, but the staff were friendly and took the time to give tips on getting around the area. The hotel room was really clean. The surroundings were a bit dirty, which is understandable given the big city. The breakfast was ok, but a bit limited for a multi-day stay. I was traveling alone, and I felt the area was relatively safe to move around in the evening. '

'Joli appartement bien décoré, dans un immeuble moins joli. Café davon et produits de base à disposition.Dommage que des draps du canapé lit ne soient ni mis ni disponibles quand 4 personnes sont annoncées, il y avait seulement le coussin et duvet, mais sans draps. Impossible de joindre par téléphone, seulement chat. Des frais de nettoyage non annoncés sont demandés. '

'The sheets were not changed for three days, and the trash was never taken out. The floors had an unpleasant smell. There were no bathroom slippers or disposable hygienic slippers provided, so I had to walk barefoot most of the time. While the price was affordable, cleanliness should not be compromised regardless. Unfortunately, hygiene was seriously lacking. Other than that, if you’re only looking for a place to sleep, it might be just enough — but don’t expect more. '

'I've been told by Expedia that I'm booking a hotel. What I got was a small room with no private bath and bunk beds. Thankfully I didn't have to share the room and the place was relatively clean. A crazy old lady was screaming from the balcony at me when I came back from dinner but.. everything else was ok. For one night :) '

'AC did not work, owner completely ignored me when asked about the issue, long hair in the bathroom, shower drain not cleaned and foul smelling, lights habgibg out of the ceiling. Never in my life have I wasted my money like this. What a disappointing experience.'

"Een heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. Alles op loopafstand midden in het centrum. Lekker genoten van de sauna en jacuzzi. Het enige minpuntje is dat we een lunchpakket hebben meegekregen, omdat we en vroege vlucht hadden, niet voldeed aan onze dieetwensen. Dit terwijl we het wel hebben aangegeven. "

"The hotel does not offer what it advertises. I choose it for the outdoor swimming pool ( and therefore opted for this very expensive hotel). on site it turns out I had to pay lots extra to use this pool. They did not clean the room one day (5 star hotel??? you must be joking…) the bed and the breakfast were excellent. for the rest many more mishaps (reception not picking up the phone, bar closed when it is supposed to be open,…)"
