'I arrived late at night and left early n am. Appreciated the van to/from airport. Directions could be more specific as to where to wait at airport. Waiting place was something like 4c but there was 2 different areas, labels as such. Thankfully bus/van driver was patient & waited for us Room was comfortable. I didn’t have time for breakfast in am. '

'Place was decent overall. Stairway was as dirty, in need of vacuuming, crud in every corner, elevator stank, tenants running around late at night. Other than that, if you’re on a budget, the location is prime time, safe, customer service was decent, and the price was cheap with the Expedia Package deal. '

'I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better.
The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

'This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...
