'Great hotel for families- the facilities are great ( beach, pools, slides, kids club) and the food was also good (understandably repetitive as we stayed 11 nights).
The spa was a bit disappointing for the price so we found several local alternatives that collect and drop from the hotel and give great massage at an excellent price albeit in less luxurious settings.

'The grounds were well maintained. Overall, the room was well maintained as well minus a few hairballs I found in the corner. Not ideal but not a dealbreaker either. Very family friendly pool with slides and floaties/balls available to use. The only annoyance was calling front desk to change my private pool to jacuzzi. No one came after a few calls and I gave up. I was there for one night so it’s was fine. I would recommend this place for a resort stay.'

'Beach access was nice and water is immaculately clear. Pool also good and fun though pool water seemed dirty. Didn’t enjoy any of the food here, even down to the coffee, all the meals disappointed. The drinks were made well enough. Extra waters available at the beach was a big plus. Employees seemed overwhelmed at times

'When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside.
