'The welcoming words at the check in, the overall state of the accommodation, sufficient gym, clean pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good and friendly security, close to transportation motorcycles, close to golf court, good AC on the rooms, good WiFi, great buffet breakfast (English). Great outside places to enjoy breakfast.We had small technical issue on our room, it was fixed immediately. Overall a great stay, definitely recommendable. '

'I’ve stayed in this hotel three times on several occasions. It’s my favourite place. Just love the place so much. The beach is very close, a minute walk. Clean and lovely rooms. The drop off to the airport is at a very reasonable price. Definitely be staying here again.'

'De kamer die we hadden gereserveerd was niet beschikbaar. Pas na de eerste nacht en heel veel vragen en klagen werd een kamer op de derde verdieping geregeld, die weliswaar niet zo groot was als op hotels.com (boeking.com) was aangegeven, maar wel redelijk ruim. Deze had wel lakeview i.p.v. uitzicht op een muur.'

'Great staff, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to others based solely on the engagement of the staff. Facility is outdated but very well kept and clean. They need to include full toiletries in the restrooms i.e. lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The garden is immaculate, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, totally worth it. Steam room and sauna were also very well kept. Would visit again.'

'This place was wonderful for our family. The staff were so kind and helpful. They had a car on the premise and were able to make multiple trips for us.
