'The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends.'

'We had a lovely 5-day Christmas getaway at Buvi Lodge. The staff was kind, the place was clean, and the rooms were beautiful. Food was reasonably priced and yummy. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere so much. The only negative was that because of the solar power, we couldn’t get a hot bath unless the sun was shining (I was really looking forward to hot baths, but did enjoy only one). Also, upon checkout, there was some confusion around our receipt that took some time to sort out. Next time...

'als Unterkunft für Gäste völlig (!) daneben. Man bekommt ein Zimmer mit Bett und (Plumbs)Klo - das ist soweit ja gut. Aber man müsste vorher die Gäste schon darüber infomieren, dass es nur Gemeinschaftsessen gibt. Bei uns gab es kein Essen - wir mussten die Leute bitten, dass sie uns was abgeben. Frühstück gab es gar nicht und überhaupt wurde uns nicht gesagt wie das alles da abläuft. Für einen "Selbstfindungsaufenthalt" sicherlich OK - definitiv NICHT geeignet um Gäste aufzunehmen.'

'Budget kamer was prima maar niet zeer comfortabel; gedeelde wc had geen goed af te sluiten deur, douche zeer minimaal (geen hangertje voor kleren ed) Airport taxi kwam niet, wat vervelend was, na een nacht reizen Telefoonnr wat verkregen was via Expedia werd niet opgenomen ondanks herhaald bellen (ook vooraf)'

'Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall'
