The pool area needed a little attention — it had apparently been a busy evening & wasn’t exactly what we were expecting based on the images we saw online. I’ve been in hotels that are only a couple years old and have dings on furniture etc. This was not the case here. 'The only issue we had with this room was that our key deactivated one day early, but it was very easily remedied. I really, really loved the online check-in and check-out process so i didn't have to wait in line while they copied my ID and such. It did seem like they tried to make the stay as easy and convenient as possible. Very close to muktiple restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again. '

'I liked everything about the property and the service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The only negative thing, and it was very minor is that the water tap in the shower would not turn off.
