'No towels. No soap. No shampoo. Nothing. Had to go down to office several times to ask the very friendly and helpful staff member for items. Bathroom was very dirty. Brown stuff all over the walls, that comes right off with a damp towel. Hair all over the beds. Shower was completely filled with dirt and sand. Also, only a tiny fraction of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. Had to ask staff for that as well. For what I paid, it was more money than it’s worth. Very saddened that I had to...

'Beautiful hotel. Really nice clean rooms. Breakfast was nice but the hotel didn't know we had paid for breakfast so bring you Expedia receipt. Bring you swim suit. They also had a hot tub, but the jets were not functioning. Besides that we had a great time.'

'I liked every thing inside the property. But I would like to see new good quality refrigerator and a microwave inside the rooms. And garden chairs need cushions , that would be great. More shaded trees would be even nicer as there are no lawn at the property. The staff are great, every thing inside is very clean and nice. The house keeping ladies are really very clean and hard working down to earth.'

'Met name de lokatie van het hotel in het centrum van Petaluma was perfect. Ook het feit dat het wat ouder was maakte het tot een welkome afwisseling van de meer gangbare hotelketens. Ondanks dat was het schoon en netjes. Enige minpuntje is de wat norse receptie. Een glimlach en een 'have a good trip' zouden wonderen doen. '

'The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating'

'A/C not working properly as room was hot and muggy. Complained and they gave us a very noisy box fan and couldn't sleep or watch tv with it on.
Tv only worked properly some of the time.
Had construction noise next or under our room that was extremely loud which started up every morning by about 8am.Room was also right above trash bins which created more racket.
Indoor swimming pool was tiny and chlorine smell was unbearable.
Our suite was the smallest we've ever stayed in. Had to call for a hair...
