'Such a cute place! The turn into the property is a bit hidden right before the bridge but once you find it the house is so secluded with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could think of. Did a wine tasting with their tasting room and everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Thank you! '

'We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. 'This was the perfect little stay while we toured the town and nearby college. We had our two teenage daughters with us and the cottage was a perfect, cozy fit. Absolutely beautiful setting, and we loved the personal touches. VHS videos were a big hit! We even got early check-in, which was greatly appreciated for us weary travelers from Alaska.'

'Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)'
